Tickets and Payments

• Prices, availability, and inclusions are set per event.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds, credits, or transfers are subject to the policy stated on the ticketing platform used for purchase.
• Zouk Life reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ticket holders will be informed via the ticketing platform or email.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.

Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. Zouk Life reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants without refund if conduct standards are breached.

Dance activities carry inherent risk. By attending, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own physical wellbeing.

Photography and Media

By attending Zouk Life events, you consent to photography or video recording that may be used for promotional or marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us or the event organiser.
